Mittens & Main Street Project: Our Holiday Donation

Mittens & Main Street Project: Our Holiday Donation

December 23, 2020    Auto News

Our team wanted to do something to help our local community this holiday season. We proudly donated over 200 pairs of mittens to Main Street Project, a local organization that provides shelter, food and support to individuals in need.

Main Street Project is a non-profit charitable community health agency that serves Winnipeg’s vulnerable population. They provide support to individuals dealing with addiction and mental or physical health issues by giving them a warm shelter to stay, food, detoxification and counseling support. They believe every individual is worthy of a place of respite, shelter and safety without judgment.

If you’re interested and able to donate to this great organization, learn more about how you can help.

Main Street Project’s most needed items are as follows:

  • Bottled water
  • Coffee, sugar, whitener tea
  • New underwear, all sizes
  • New or gently used socks
  • New or gently used adult clothing
  • Hygiene products (must be alcohol-free)
  • Feminine products

We hope you all have a safe and healthy holiday season!
